The Advanced Team work together to both set and achieve goals, such as mastering complex skills, improving strength, and supporting each other.

your first Jets class
In Jet, advanced gymnasts aged 6–12 learn to soar—mastering powerful skills like aerials, tucks, back handsprings and more. With expert teaching and a supportive atmosphere, kids build strength, precision and the self-belief to fly fearlessly
Group Activities
Fun with friends is important for every age group and level of gymnast, and group activities continue in Aerials. Think -high-energy movement, tumbling and fun to give every class the best start
Fun Gymnastics
From high-flying tumbling to delicate beam work, Aerials blends advance gymnastics with creativity, challenge and joy. There's no better feeling than flying through the air working fun, new skills
Individual Challenges
